Early in 2012 following a long period of poor health and major injuries I turned to Ondrej for nutritional and personal training advice. When we first started I had difficulty lifting my arms above my head and my body was completely out of shape. In less than 6 months my general eating habits had transformed and I was able to do a complete workout for the first time in many years. Now, 12 months later I am working out every week and back to competitive cycling. My body is toned and well and physically capable of any amount of exercise I choose to take on. My regular sessions with Ondrej are now the cornerstone of my week and I have no hesitation to say that without Ondrej’s help and guidance I would be leading a very different life to the one I am now enjoying.
