Over the years I have witnessed many of my clients struggling to find the time for that balance between nutrition and fitness which complements their lifestyle.

I have been contemplating how I can help the busy professional and families, where distance and time is not a factor. How to guide and assist others when they are in another country or continent.

    Training has never been easier as you will receive a detailed training programme, tailored to your individual needs and desires. Your fitness guide will include everything from the suggested exercises, how to perform them and how many sets and repetitions to complete of each, from the comfort of your own home or a local gym. Your training programme will also include the importance of a pre and post workout protein, where you can purchase high quality workout proteins which will work harmoniously with your body and when to consume, so that your body gains the greatest benefit. For those who wish for a workout which includes calorie burning as well as strength and toning, then the programme I create for you will result in the ultimate after burn effect which is just as important as the time spent training.

    If you require extra support with your general well being, then my life coaching methods are here to help guide, assist and support you in finding your motivation, so that you can grasp how astonishing and individually unique you really are.

    Meditation forms an abundance of well being which can help you in discovering your inner peace. It can eliminate stress and alleviate our day to day challenges which can sometimes feel traumatic and tiring on our mental well being.

Get a 5 day food plan tailored to your needs, consisting of usually 3 meals and 2 snacks depending on your individual requirements. (Some plans will require 5 meals per day.)
The tastiest and healthiest vegan, vegetarian, or omnivorous recipes designed to support your health and well-being, with a variety of various recipes every day.

Sadly, you can not out-train a bad diet! 60% of our gym effort is all dependent on diet, the remaining 40% is dependent on the type and intensity of the training. Therefore to reach peak condition, option 2 will benefit the majority of people.

On top of your 5 day, 3 meal, 2 snacks food plan with supplement recommendation, you will also receive a 3 day training programme which will cover your full body needs. I will design your training programme according to your wishes and requirements. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or more advanced individual you will find yourself gradually progressing towards a fitter, more toned or muscular self.

Lifestyle coaching and personal growthSometimes we may have the healthiest wholesome diet, and may even work out daily. However you may still feel unfulfilled in some way, struggling to move forward and progress. Small situations and pressures may frustrate you, until you feel you just cannot take the pain of failure anymore. This is where many people give up.

Many of my clients experienced the same struggles, so I developed a set of methods in which helped them overcome these challenges. They were then able to rise above the set backs, pressures and frustration which then empowered them to finally feel on top of all that there is in their life.

We all need a coach and guidance at certain points in our life , and with this plan you will receive your –

  • 5 day food plan consisting of 3-5 meals and 2 snacks
  • supplement recommendation
  • 3 day fitness plan tailored to your needs
  • 1 hour per week telephone chat , face to face or Skype, to receive an extra emotional and progressive goal setting support so you can be sky high in no time
