Despite how I feel when I wake up in the mornings and get ready for my walk to the gym, I always come away from my session with Ondrej feeling good and like my body has had a thorough workout. It sets me up for the day!
I saw significant improvements in my muscular strength in the space of a few short weeks! I never thought I would be able to see the changes I did in such a short space of time but with the documentation Ondrej provided about our sessions, it was there in black and white. That was very motivational and kept me going beyond what I believed were my personal training limitations.
When I first started to see Ondrej, I had been struggling with a shoulder problem and the medical opinion was looking towards surgery. The strengthening work we did together (complimented with other holistic treatments) meant that I noticed a vast improvement in my shoulder quite quickly. Surgery is no longer considered a requirement and Ondrej continues to ensure my body generally - and shoulder in particular - is kept strong to prevent anything from happening again.
Ondrej is an inspirational, motivational and upbeat personal trainer always adapting and changing what we do to keep it interesting. His patience, skill and understanding of different training techniques, nutrition and even ‘exercising’ the mind, has helped set me on the road to a healthier and happier way of life. His enthusiasm to overall body wellness is infectious.
To sum up, I would strongly recommend his services to anyone looking to change their lifestyle completely, address an underlying medical condition or just requiring that bit of added motivation to reach a fitness or health goal.

“My whole body feels healthier and reinvigorated”
I started Ondrej's 8 weeks Nutritional programme and the results I've had are nothing short of amazing! I arrived in a very stressed state suffering among other things an undiagnosed candida infection and several other digestive ailments. I was constantly bloated and in pain, I felt sluggish, lethargic and depressed. My skin was dry and I had a permanent headache and dark shadows around my eyes. What I like about Ondrej is that he doesn’t take life too seriously and makes the whole thing fun..!!! “Just give it a go – you won’t look back”
I am a 22 year old young professional living in Kilburn, I have had previous experience with PT's and have been with Ondrej for about 2 months now.
My personal goal was to lose fat/gain muscle, firstly I would recommend personal training to anyone with similar fitness goals, and secondly I would recommend Ondrej as that Personal trainer. Although a personal trainer cant do the diet and exercise for you, you work out in the knowledge that you are on the fastest and frankly healthiest path to your fitness goals. This in itself motivates you to hit it day by day. Furthermore the decision to drop out is no longer decided by your stomach. Having a personal trainer puts someone else there who is pushing you to achieve your goals and the relationship you establish provides you with a sense of motivation, as you do not want to let this person down.
What you want from a personal trainer is someone who Knows their stuff, has the equipment you need and can establish that relationship with you. Ondrej Excels at all 3.
Firstly Ondrej provided me with a wealth of knowledge, (that he has built up in his clearly long experience) not just saying "food group X is good for you" but rather "food group X is good for you because Y and Z" this again keeps you sticking to the diet as its no longer guess work, its fact.
Secondly Ondrej's studio has everything you need (without over complicating it) to get your fitness goals. Furthermore the privacy definately helps with anyone who is a little self concious.
Finally within 2 or 3 sessions you feel like you know ondrej as a person, the sessions (although Hard work (and rightly so)) are made enjoyable by ondrej's approachability and friendly attitude. Its not forceful, its encouraging, ive been to around 14 of his sessions and although ive been on the floor out of breath, ive been there with a smile on my face.
If you are unsure just give it a go. You wont look back.

“I’ve lost a stone in weight”

“Capable of any amount of exercise”
Early in 2012 following a long period of poor health and major injuries I turned to Ondrej for nutritional and personal training advice. When we first started I had difficulty lifting my arms above my head and my body was completely out of shape. “Best decision I ever made”
The decision to train with Ondrej was the best decision I ever made. He is a supportive, talented and fun person to work with. Ondrej didn’t just help me get fitter, he helped me understand why it was important and how I had to change my habits and attitude as well as what I did in the gym. “Amazed at how good I feel”
I am a yoga and dance teacher, as well as a busy single parent, and when I came to Ondrej I was concerned that my diet wasn't in line with my practice, as well as the fact that I had a mammoth appetite and often turned to sugar or carbs to load up and caffeine to perk me up throughout the day. I knew I wanted to change, but didn't know where to start!
From the moment I met Ondrej, I was struck by his warm, open manner, as well as his passion for and knowledge about nutrition. “Far more lean and muscular”
I have been a body builder for many years but recently decided to change over to become a pescatarian and given the fact i knew very little about how to do this right i decided to work with Ondrej.
I have to say the knowledge and advice he has provided me is quite exceptional Ondrej really is a guru when it comes to this and the diet plan he provided me has not only ensured i am far more healthier but the results have been excellent. after 4 weeks I have lost no weight on the scales but I am actually far more lean and muscular which basically means i have gained muscle.

“Incredible change to my body shape”

“My skin has been incredible”
For five years I had severe acne around my hair line, chin and temples. Nothing cleared it and for a long time I believed that I had an allergy to a certain ingredient in my beauty products. My acne was a great source of embarrassment.
