Are looking for a Vegetarian Personal Trainer London?
When adopting a new lifestyle or a dietary change such a becoming vegetarian. One needs to make sure that the change runs smoothly and that our health doesn’t suffer due to lack of information (or these days even too much information) about a given diet.
We all know that changing our diet is a beneficial thing to do for the environment. Future generations, and our own health.
But only changing our diet might not be enough. We can not neglect the fact that we have to find a way to keep active. And take up a good sport that we love to do, start running, or hit the gym. It's also important to constantly work on our mindset, to battle stress, and to find ways to feel happier. When it comes to training and choosing the right individual to help you achieve your goals. You have to find someone who has the understanding of the vegetarian diet. who has been living on this diet. Someone who is training on it and is successfully progressing in all areas of life without being over or under weight. Someone who is a good example of the vegetarian diet. Vegetarian Personal Trainer London is here to help you to achieve all your goals.
I will be very happy to welcome you to my training plans. I decided to become vegetarian when I was 15 years old after watching a documentary about slaughterhouses and stayed vegetarian for many years. I have also tried a raw food diet for 9 months, which was an amazing experience, however very hard to keep up. I am currently on a vegan/raw vegan diet, which I've found currently suits me best.
"A vegetarian is someone who lives on a diet of grains, pulses, legumes, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits, fungi, algae, yeast and/or some other non-animal-based foods (e.g. salt) with, or without, dairy products, honey and/or eggs. A vegetarian does not eat foods that consist of, or have been produced with the aid of products consisting of or created from. Any part of the body of a living or dead animal. This includes meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, insects, by-products of slaughter or any food made with processing aids created from these."
There are many choices one can choose on a meatless diet. And Vegetarian Personal trainer London can advise you on how to incorporate them into your diet. In addition to vegetarians, there are also Lacto-ovo-vegetarians, who eat both dairy products and eggs; this is the most common type of vegetarian diet.
Lacto-vegetarians, on the other hand, eat dairy products but avoid eggs.
And vegans do not eat dairy products, eggs, or any other products which are derived from animals.
I have many years of experience in working with all of these types of diets.
