I used Ondrej’s online nutrition and fitness plan and it was great! He was really helpful and able to answer my questions before, during and after the plan. I was following a vegan diet but for ages had struggled to give up the snacks and ‘comfort’ food. Using his plan as well as advice on superfoods (which I use in smoothies) I felt my cravings disappear. I am losing weight and yet feel considerably less hungry than before. I also have more energy, possibly in part thanks to his advice on supplements, which I had always been sceptical about before! Meanwhile, his fitness plan left my arms and legs and abs feeling really well-worked. I am going to use his services again in the future, this time to try a raw food nutrition and fitness plan.
