It’s been more than a month since I started training with Ondrej and it has been a great experience. I always disliked gyms and I’m not a natural training guy. However, my sessions with Ondrej is not like going to the gym. I enjoy every bit of it because it’s more than losing weight or physical training. It’s also about lifestyle choices, nutrition, activities and the most importantly mental well-being. I always leave the class feeling uplifted and good. Wish I could have sessions everyday!
