I have no doubt that with continued weight training with Ondrej
I started personal training with Ondrej back in October. My aim was to build the muscles around my knees following an injury so that I could re-engage in athletic activities. I also just wanted to get into the habit of regular exercise after a very long break from it! 5 months later, I am feeling stronger and have officially began other exercise such as Yoga, Pilates and HIIT regularly. I have no doubt that with continued weight training with Ondrej, I’ll be back to sport in no time!
