Grateful for his advice and encouragement

I’m really glad to have met Ondrej. He assessed my fitness level and devised a programme that is achievable for me so i’ve become motivated againto exercise and build up my core strength. I’ve also received great advice on nutrition which I use every day to improve my eating habits. I’m very grateful for his advice and encouragement!
