Flexible & Holistic approach
My experience with personal trainers prior to Ondrej often left me feeling exhausted and resentful every time they told me to “drop and give me 20″, and I would rarely stay with one trainer for more than 3 months. Ondrej has a more holistic and flexible approach. Even if you fall out of routine for things like holidays or illness, he manages to keep your fitness and health on track whilst still challenging you enough to see results. Two years on, I am continuing to see my fitness and energy levels improve as a result of my weekly sessions with Ondrej.
