How the nutritional programmes work
The OMnutritionist nutritional programme is customised to each individual’s needs, whether you want to just lose a few pounds or find out how to choose the healthiest foods for your children. OMnutritionist offers a self-nourishment programme with professional guidance throughout the whole process. Using the latest up-to-date nutritional information OMnutritionist will help you optimise your diet while still being able to eat your favourite meals.
Your nutrition diary and personal needs
Before attending your first session you will receive a questionnaire, covering your dietary habits and general health, as well as a three day food diary. All you need to do is complete both and e-mail them to me. This will provide a good base for the first 1 hour consultation where we will discuss the goals that you would like to achieve throughout the programme. We will also discuss your completed questionnaire and food diary and explore how your health and well being could be improved through better nutrition. A personalised and achievable dietary programme will then be devised for you based on your specific nutritional requirements and we will work together to achieve your goals as soon as we can! Free e-mail and phone support in between your first and second session is included. Ideally we would meet in person for the sessions themselves, in Westminster or Kilburn.
Follow-up sessions
In most cases a follow-up consultation will be arranged 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation, so that we can monitor and closely observe your progress and, if necessary, make alterations to your personalised dietary programme. Your follow-up consultations will take 40 minutes. You will again be provided with free e-mail and phone support in between sessions.
