Ondrej is beyond excellent. I have been training with him for just over a month now and each week I cannot wait for the session. I couldn’t recommend him more highly! The sessions have truly changed my life for the better. He’s the best.
Well, what can I say about Ondrej? My partner and I signed up to train over a year ago and this is probably the best testament I can give. I hate the gym and have only managed one or two sessions with other trainers who I find too militant – something I don’t respond well too. My partner and I were at very different levels of fitness when we started working with Ondrej and he has tailored workouts that suit us individually which has been great. He makes them accessible and fun, which means I know enjoy training (most of the time), which is something I have never said! I have recently started to enjoy boxing and so begun sparring with Ondrej which is a great workout and great fun, although I feel Ondrej rather enjoys beating me up a little too much haha. He is great fun to be around (most of the time ;o)) and has a very holistic approach as others have mentioned. He also has a great sense of humour, although sarcasm is lost on him most of the time, which makes it more fun for us!
My partner and I were recommend Ondraj of Omnutritionists by a friend who also happens to be a client. We very quickly settled into a training programme that Ondraj designed for us that met our requirements. As well as our training programme he very kindly put together a dietary plan and list of foods that we now include as part of our daily intake. I cannot praise him enough and recommend him for anyone looking for a trainer and or nutritionist.
Ondrej provides great customer service and an excellent quality service. The personal training is highly bespoke and dedicated, as well as holistic. Most importantly, Ondrej pays attention to the details as well, which helps ensure that the training results last. My experience with personal trainers prior to Ondrej often left me feeling exhausted and resentful every time they told me to “drop and give me 20″, and I would rarely stay with one trainer for more than 3 months. Ondrej has a more holistic and flexible approach. Even if you fall out of routine for things like holidays or illness, he manages to keep your fitness and health on track whilst still challenging you enough to see results. Two years on, I am continuing to see my fitness and energy levels improve as a result of my weekly sessions with Ondrej.

I have already lost just over a stone in weight, but more importantly am enjoying exercise and a healthy plant based diet. Ondrej has helped me get in shape for a number of holidays, including a forthcoming trek of the Inca Trail. We’ve been able to plan sessions that complement my other training, focusing on things I’m not confident enough to do in my gym. He also factors in a weakness in my shoulder from an old injury to strengthen it while avoiding further harm. He’s always friendly and helpful, and I’d recommend him to anyone considering getting in shape or taking training to the next level.
Ondrej has trained me patiently and professionally for a number of years. He does push me but always safely and often offers expert advice on other exercise, nutrition and lifestyle.

As a Vegan, Ondrej was really one of the only specialist PT’s in Hampstead and Kilburn. The training was fun, but tough, I really enjoy our sessions. He also often gives me nutritional information for my diet too. Excellent PT, very knowledgable, would recommend to everyone.
