Hey there, my name is Spiros, a qualified and experienced personal trainer. I provide clients with fun and exciting personal training that involves circuit training, cardio, TRX, pad work, and core work. You can expect to reach your desired goals quickly and enjoyably with this type of training.

Sessions are fun and exciting while at the same time provide clients with quick and effective results such as weight loss, muscle toning, and conditioning, including improved fitness levels.

Nutrition is also an important factor for anyone who is interested in good quality results. So if you need advice in this area I will also be more than happy to provide it for you.
