I used to be a dancer, back in Brazil. After long years of living in London and working in the restaurant industry, I was trying to find something meaningful, that was when I came across yoga and fell completely in love with it.

Studying yoga philosophy added spiritual value to my practice and since then I’ve been fascinated by it. Yoga is love and love is all we need. My class will bring this love in the form of a conscious movement, with a touch of spirituality and a lot of care.

Be ready to be yourself and let your inner light shine.

Vinyasa yoga is a practice that fosters well-being while tending to the body, mind, and soul. Among its many benefits, Vinyasa increases flexibility and blood flow, improves posture and balance, promotes mental clarity, decreases stress and anxiety.

Above all, Vinyasa consists of a beautiful flow of movements in which yoga practitioners of all levels are embraced by their own breath and connect back to their essence. Practicing Vinyasa creates an incredible energy that benefits one's whole being.
