Anisa is a neo-nutritionist, passionate about functional nutrition and longevity.

It is hard to explain the exact moment when my interest in nutrition was born but I have to say that it really started at a young age, when I was about 13 years old.

I practiced dance at a competitive level for 12 years and for the activity I was doing I had to pay extra attention to my physical appearance. There were some physical standards that I had to maintain. Inexperience and lack of knowledge at the time led me to make wrong food choices that negatively affected my health and my ability to maintain a constant weight in adulthood. Very often I have had to go hungry simply to maintain weight when other peers ate double portions and even manage to lose weight.

It was therefore this need to solve a problem about myself that prompted me to tie myself to nutrition and read a lot to try in every way to understand what to do to solve my problem.

I tried different diets on myself, partly out of need and partly because I like to test the effects of new dietary methods.

Experience has taught me that nutrition is only one, namely that aimed at ensuring the integrity of an individual's body and prevention with the aim of living a healthy long life.

I understood that for every apparent external problem, the solution must be sought from within.

Overweight and obesity, for example, are the result of an inflammatory state and are not always linked to the intake of larger quantities of food. The ideal physical state, not the intended aesthetic one, but functional, is obtained by fighting inflammation from the inside through a precise therapeutic plan according to the specific needs of each of us.

Whatever your goal is, the secret is to eat in a functional way.

A diet based on the right selection and combination of foods to provide the organs with what they require to function at their best. You no longer have to weigh food and count calories!

What we will do together will be building a personalised project in a hormonal key, which will allow you to achieve your physical goals while assuring internal health. With my help you will achieve goals that you will be able to maintain in the long term.

I really believe in the ‘we are what we eat’: Our response to life, stress and changes in the environment around us essentially depends on the food and nutrients we eat.
