Ondrej, a trained martial arts and Aikido specialist, uses all his skill and experience to work on a broad range of aspects including fitness, reflexes, body control, balance, and focus, so that you remain sufficiently equipped to respond to any circumstance that you may encounter.
Train with Ondrej online, at his private studio in Kilburn & Hampstead or outdoor spaces around the area. Classes can be organized for individuals, a couple of friends or large groups.
A BOOST session let’s you try different trainers and actives adding more variety to your training. It’s great fun to mix things up a bit and it will also help you achieve a more balanced overall health and wellbeing.
