These personalized training sessions can be attended online, in the Westminster Gym or even at your home if you’re based in Central London.
Bookings can be made individually, with a friend or as a group.
A BOOST session let’s you try different trainers and actives adding more variety to your training. It’s great fun to mix things up a bit and it will also help you achieve a more balanced overall health and wellbeing.
