I recently became Vegan and was looking for a Personal trainer with understanding of Vegan nutrition as my previous trainer had no experience in this field. Ondrej helped me with with easy to follow Nutrition plan and provided training guidance. I was able to transform my body and get used to my new Vegan lifestyle. Now I know exactly what to eat to support my training goals and to stay healthy. I also took a self defence class with Ondrej and am now much more confident and aware of potential danger.
